USDT Not Showing in Your Wallet? 6 Things to Check

USDT sent but not showing? Check the transaction, network and address, add the token, rule out fake USDT and re-sync — in that order.

The sender says the USDT went out, but your wallet shows nothing. In most cases the USDT is safe — it's a display, network or address issue. Work through these checks in order.

1. Check the transaction on TRONSCAN

Ask for the transaction ID and search it. If the status is success and the destination is your address, the USDT is on-chain. If it failed or isn't found, see USDT transfer stuck or pending.

2. Check the network

If the sender used ERC-20, BEP-20 or another network, the USDT isn't on TRON — your TRON wallet won't show it. See sent to the wrong network.

3. Check the address

Compare the destination on TRONSCAN with your address character by character. If only the first and last characters match, the sender may have copied a look-alike from their history — see address poisoning.

4. Add USDT to your wallet

Some wallets only show tokens you've added. Add USDT (TRC-20) using the official contract TR7NHqjeKQxGTCi8q8ZY4pL8otSzgjLj6t. Don't add tokens from links or search results.

5. Make sure it's real USDT

If you see a "USDT" balance that your wallet doesn't value or can't send, it may be a fake token from another contract. Check the contract.

6. Refresh or re-sync

Pull to refresh, switch networks off and on in the app, or restore the wallet from your recovery phrase in another reputable wallet — the balance lives on-chain, not in the app.

Quick check with our tool

Paste your address into the address check: it shows your USDT balance straight from the chain, your TRX, and whether the address is activated.
