Where every number on TronOrb comes from, how often it updates and what it does — and doesn't — include.

TVL
Total value locked counts only assets a protocol holds on TRON, as reported by DefiLlama — not its deposits on other chains. The network total follows DefiLlama's chain TVL, which by default leaves out liquid staking and double-counted assets — so it is lower than the sum of individual dApps. Protocols tracked for less than 30 days are left out of stacked history charts, otherwise their first day would read as a sudden jump.
Unique active wallets and transactions
For dApps with linked smart contracts we count, per UTC day, the distinct addresses that called those contracts (UAW) and the number of calls (transactions). We only show complete days, never the day in progress. A dApp without tracked contracts shows no activity data rather than an estimate.
USDT TRC-20 transfer fee
A USDT transfer consumes about 64,285 energy when the recipient already holds USDT and about 130,285 energy when it doesn't, plus345 bandwidth. Without staked or rented energy the network burns TRX for it at the current energy price from the chain parameters; the fee we show is that burn, converted to USD at the live TRX price.
Listings and third-party facts
dApps are imported from DefiLlama. Tokens come from TRONSCAN: verified tokens are published automatically, the rest wait for manual review. Wallets and services are added by hand or submitted by projects and reviewed before publishing. Facts about third parties — wallet features, service terms — are shown only when checked; otherwise they are marked Not verified. Featured placements always carry a visible badge.
